Initial install on Nov 8, 2023 was excellent with polite, efficient, and experienced personal. Shine Solar received final payment on Dec 5, 2023 and support basically stopped. It's now Feb 15, 2024, over 90 days from installation and they have not provided information to the city of Lee's Summit, MO for the final inspection. I've made several phone calls to multiple numbers, leaving messages each time and it takes weeks for anyone to respond. Shine did a great job on our project. We had a small hiccup with a change in contact half way through, but once straightened out it was smooth sailing. We love how the panels look and are excited to continue generating!

During the purchase process we were sold a system that is less than what we requested. We paid $47,000.00 for system that worked for less than 6 months. As of the end of December 2023 to February 7, 2024 the solar panels are producing 0 electricity, which means we are paying 100% OG&E bill and Shine Solar. We are on a fixed income and this is exactly not what we spent are hard earned money for. We can only contact Shine Solar through text. We were extremely happy with Shine Solar and our new solar panels from the sales process to the post connection meeting. They were very transparent and honest from beginning to end. Our salesman answered our questions in detail and provided a clear explanation of how going solar would provide savings over the life of our system. Shine Solar was the BEST! From the beginning of purchasing our solar system to the connection with our electric company, Shine Solar was there every step of the way. I can't say enough about the team that installed the panels. They were so professional and took the time to answer my questions and explain to me what everything was and what the equipment was they were installing. The guys that installed the system were wonderful. I haven't had the system long enough to tell how I like it but so far so good. I do hear from the company at least 1-2 times per month.
