During the purchase process we were sold a system that is less than what we requested. We paid $47,000.00 for system that worked for less than 6 months. As of the end of December 2023 to February 7, 2024 the solar panels are producing 0 electricity, which means we are paying 100% OG&E bill and Shine Solar. We are on a fixed income and this is exactly not what we spent are hard earned money for. We can only contact Shine Solar through text. Thank you for your feedback, I do see they did get a tech out and get your system reporting. Remember on 5/1 you will have a yearly production report, if it is short on production we will make that up to you as per your Shine Solar Production Guarantee.
