Shine Solar walked me through every step of my solar project compassionately, understanding that I had no idea how the process worked. They kept me informed of updates. When we were waiting for permits, they continued to reach out to me to let me know they were waiting and not sitting on their hands. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting solar, especially in AR, as they are headquartered there, and I live in AR!

Shine Solar has been an awesome Solar Company for me and the family. Tad in sales was such a fantastic guy to work with at the beginning stages and was always readily available to answer any questions I had regarding our solar project during pre-phase. Shine was very professional and organized during the whole design phase and install process. Initial install on Nov 8, 2023 was excellent with polite, efficient, and experienced personal. Shine Solar received final payment on Dec 5, 2023 and support basically stopped. It's now Feb 15, 2024, over 90 days from installation and they have not provided information to the city of Lee's Summit, MO for the final inspection. I've made several phone calls to multiple numbers, leaving messages each time and it takes weeks for anyone to respond.
