My Shine Solar system was installed in August. They were very professional in installation and cleanup. Office checked in with me several times to ask how it was going, let me know the progress and asked if I had questions. Couldn't be more pleased with this Company and it's employees.
You would think getting solar panels would be a long drawn out process with a lot of red tape to go along with it. In my personal experience the installation, permits and inspections. They were very respectful, responsive, and went the extra mile .
Shine Solar refuses to honor the contract. I have had issues for 2 years and they won't send a service tech out to fix the issues. I was also promised a new hvac system in the contract along with led light and never received even though it was paid for. I have tried to work with them but the refuse to do anything. The lie cheat and scam people.
I've had shine solar panels on the roof for about a month now and everything is going great so far. They have been professional through the whole process.

Shine Solar was very professional all throughout from the initial inquiry to completion of the install. The design process and my understanding of what I was going to receive and what it would produce was explained thoroughly. I was kept in the loop throughout the complete process and am pleased with everything. If you are on the fence about solar I highly recommend Shine Solar.

Great company! They were on time for all of the appointments scheduled and kept us in the loop of the whole process weekly . The response time was good, if we had any questions. Overall satisfied with the finished product!
Shine Solar is great company to work with compared to another one I tried & cancelled. Everyone is friendly answers all your questions, gives extras to help you get started & help lower your usage. I just got my house converted over to solar & am excited to see my electric bill go down to barely anything I hope...
