We had a wonderful experience with shine solar NWA! We just had our home built and they were very fast at putting in the install. They have been thorough in updating us on when they will be at our home, how long it will take, and even afterwards asking how we’re doing! I highly recommend their services.

Very professional. I did my homework before hiring shine. I wanted a company that had been around for a long time rather than one of the new pop up companies. They gave me updates on the process from the beginning to the end. They walked me threw the app and explain to me how it all worked. Even the city said they did a good job which is pretty rare from what I have heard.
System works well. Last electricity cost was $13. Payback of the loan means the total gross cost is just over my initial electricity bill. However, I have a major issue with communication - I have been trying to get Alyssa *****, my "Account Manager" to respond to a query I have regarding the mess on my lawn made during installation, she just will not respond. Otherwise I am pleased with the end result but must give a "Z" for Customer support and post installation communication.
Great experience with Shine Solar. Everyone that i either talked to or dealt with from the beginning to the end was professional and explained everything in detail. 10 out of 10 in my book.

I’m absolutely disgusted that we chose this company to do business with. Over $73,000 for 20 panels and a HVAC system that doesn’t cool our house and has now fried for a second time. We still have over $100 monthly energy bill when I expressed repeatedly over and over that I wanted a 100% offset. After talking to Entergy this will never produce enough electricity to cover our monthly bill. My main request was a total offset with HVAC to heat and cool our home.
excellent service, quickly installed, explained well and working well, we are very happy with this company, even included 20 inches insulation in the attic
