As the newest member of the Shine Solar family, I would like to say thank you. Information flow from beginning to the end was open and honest, so what more could you ask for? There were some snags that came along the way and how they handled it is what gained them the 5th star. Good company to work with and would highly recomment to my friends and family.
Everyone was are very educated on the solar panels and how they work which was definitely reassuring I was picking the right company!
They were excellent at keeping me informed of the steps in the process. They maintained good communication and even kept me updated when my local power company OG&E was what we were waiting for. They also did an amazing job at keeping my parents from overpaying for their solar panels. We had a wonderful experience with shine solar NWA! We just had our home built and they were very fast at putting in the install. They have been thorough in updating us on when they will be at our home, how long it will take, and even afterwards asking how we’re doing! I highly recommend their services.

Shine Solar did a fantastic job with the installation of my solar panels! The project management and customer service exceeded expectations. Everything was explained in detail, and they took care of absolutely everything! I would highly recommend them!
Very professional. I did my homework before hiring shine. I wanted a company that had been around for a long time rather than one of the new pop up companies. They gave me updates on the process from the beginning to the end. They walked me threw the app and explain to me how it all worked. Even the city said they did a good job which is pretty rare from what I have heard.
System works well. Last electricity cost was $13. Payback of the loan means the total gross cost is just over my initial electricity bill. However, I have a major issue with communication - I have been trying to get Alyssa *****, my "Account Manager" to respond to a query I have regarding the mess on my lawn made during installation, she just will not respond. Otherwise I am pleased with the end result but must give a "Z" for Customer support and post installation communication.
Great experience with Shine Solar. Everyone that i either talked to or dealt with from the beginning to the end was professional and explained everything in detail. 10 out of 10 in my book.
