I absolutely love Shift! It's such a new idea to come to this area and for such a great cause. The food isn't only good tasting, it's good for you too. I definitely recommend a visit
My oldest son and I share our birthday, March 21st. We decided to try Shift with the rest of our family and loved it! The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food absolutely cannot be beat! Hands down our new favorite!

This is the first time I have been in the building for food and booze. There was 5 in our group, 2 adults and 3 children. The adult meals were awesome, no complaints. This is where it gets a little dicey, the kids meals. First let me say I loved the burger, one of the best I have ever had. The cheese quesedilla and fries, perfect. The burgers is where the problem was, the spices in the burger made them not want to eat them (I loved them, so I ate them.) The vegan food is amazing, and a giant flock of little birdies told me the rest of the food is amazing as well. The people who work there are very attractive. It's difficult for me to truly know which of those reasons is why I go there. Either way, it's always a win win.
Sweet potato gnocchi? Field greens? Curd fries ? Bread pudding? Chicken pie? Pot roast? Oh yes! Never disappointing. I like it so much we're featuring it in the April / May issue of Allegany Magazine! You don't know good eating until you give in and SHIFT yourself!
My son and daughter tried Shift today for lunch and they LOVED it!!! They brought home the bread pudding with apple & caramel for me to try and it was absolutely delicious! !! We will all be making a trip back :)
