Shift was worth the wait!!! Hummus was incredible and the falafel was out of this world. My daughter even loved it and she is not vegan. Love the décor. Can't wait to go back and try the veggie burger sliders!
Ate a quick lunch today and it was amazing! Very friendly staff, clean and cozy, and fresh off the grill!
Enjoyed grass-fed beef sliders and Lindz got the amazing lamb empanada. The homemade ketchup has to be tasted to be believed. This place is hip, portion sizes are realistic instead of bloated super-sized garbage and you feel like you're part of something awesome just being there. Ambiance, food, service all 5 of 5!
Chicken and biscuit was delicious! The root vegetable dumpling was one of the best things I've tasted in a long time. As my bf said when he tried it "this isn't bisquick". You can tell everything is homemade and fresh. I can't wait to go back and try something else.
Jes is an amazingly nice person and fabulous cook and Shift is definitely a reflection of that. The attention to detail is apparent from the decor, to the food, to the friendly wait staff. My mom and I shared the brat & kraut which was so good. She had the sliders and I had falafel - again awesome. For dessert she had the strawberry rhubarb crisp and I had bread pudding - amazingly delicious way to end our dinner. Only bummer is the limited seating. SHIFT was outstanding! Totally worth destroying my diet! I could eat handfuls of those little fried carrot dumplings. And, Jackson's veggie sliders were absolutely delicious!
The crust on the Lamb Empanadas was so flaky and delicious! We also had the beef sliders (the rich taste of grass fed beef and home made ketchup...WOW!), and the falafel with so many layers of flavor, each bite was better than the previous! We didn't leave room for dessert this trip, but we will surely be back!
