Superb food and a very friendly staff! New favorite restaurant in the Cumberland/Frostburg area :)
The food was delicious! The staff was friendly and the service was great! It's nice to have a place to eat that offers high quality, wholesome, REAL foods. Highly recommend!
Falafel was excellent and I had to sample the desserts and I would highly recommend the gluten free brownies and the bread pudding. I will definitely be back for more!! Friendly staff and a unique, comfortable atmosphere.
Just had my friends bring me lunch from Shift. Beef sliders, fries, and fried green beans. Everything was SO delicious! Can't wait for my next meal there. :)

This is the restaurant Frostburg has been missing. A little pricey, but well worth it. Unlike the other "fancy" restaurants in the area, the menu is restrained to what the chefs cook well, and the ingredients are very high quality. They are not over-reaching, or cutting corners. My only concern is that they will outgrow the current location and move to a larger space, sacrificing the atmosphere. I would rather wait on line for a table (when the weather permits), than see SHIFT grow to quickly.
Very good food. My wife and I absolutely loved the sliders. We will definitely be returning when we are in town.

Enjoyed a late lunch here. Glad to see another interesting food option in Frostburg. Service was friendly and attentive. We had the sourdough bread starter with the spicy sweet butter and olive oil and herbs. The bead was a little dry and crumbly, but the butter and oil were delicious.
