Went for Sunday brunch and it was fantastic. I had the vegan hash and tried the burger. Everything is very fresh and I can't wait to go back! Best meal in the Cumberland/Frostburg area.

What a lovely little unique restaurant just off main street. We had breakfast and totally enjoyed the French toast with fresh strawberries, atmosphere & service! A hidden gem in Frostburg! Definitely looking forward to going back for lunch!

Splendid!!! Trout cooked to perfection, beautiful salad, great service!! But, the grand climax, a gluten free brownie that was better than sex!!! Thanks you SHIFT!!
The rarest combination of phenomenal food and great personal service. The chèvre cheese platter with homemade crackers perfectly set off a fantastic entrée of cheesy risotto balls with a refreshing bed of local greens. Every time I visit I'm more surprised and satisfied. Frostburg's gem lies on Broadway.
