Went for the first time last night and will definitely go back! We had our 18 month old with us and the thoughtfulness with the cute coloring page/kids menu was much appreciated. Love the transparency and the support for local farms. Food was wonderful and dessert was delicious!
Had dinner tonight and enjoyed it very much. The food was very tasty. I enjoyed trying fiddle head ferns for the first time. My husband had the burger and loved it. The onion rings he had as a side were the best I ever tried. Wish I lived here to visit again.
Went for the first time today for brunch. Had the eggs Benedict and the Mush Ruben. Fantastic! Sadly, they were sold out of the vegan hash, cinnamon roll, and the lemon tart. I'll have to come earlier on Sunday's! Definitely worth the trip to Frostburg!
I love Shift! From their cheese curds to interesting salads to coffee and desserts, everything they make is fresh, local and delicious! Shift is by far my favorite restaurant - not just in the area but of all time!
Great vegetarian and vegan options/ wonderful, beautiful, friendly service/ kind and open minded owners/ this place is a revolution in eating. I recommend it to everyone, no matter their personal taste. Shift has something for everyone.

The meal was five stars from start to finish! The service was outstanding, the the atmosphere was charming, and food was beyond what I expected! Can't wait to visit again.
My office had our Christmas party here and we loved it! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding!
