I only have the most spectacular things to say about SHIFT in Frostburg. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner and dessert there (thanks for getting me addicted to pumpkin mousse, by the way.), and I had a delicious breakfast the next morning. Excellent meal tonight! Thank you for opening up an eatery like this locally. We so needed it. The falafel and herb wine risotto were fantastic.
