unprofessional and dont care for their customers personal belongings. I got into an arguement with an employee (who might I add is a shifflett family member) for them backing in between me and my neighbors brand new cars within inches to get the trash. while he was threatening me carrying my 2 yr old son. just for his mother( the drover) to try and apologize for the altercation. Do not ever contract with this company. They have changed the rules and dictated services for our neighborhood for the past several months. A recent phone call even had one of their office folks (first name starts with a J) called me a liar! Worst local company I have encountered!!!!
They come to my neighborhood at 4am on Wednesday AND Saturday. They drive way too fast for residential areas and are constantly going forward and then back in reverse. I’m pretty sure it’s just to be extra rude. Also, they dropped off their containers in my drive way WITHOUT my consent.
never use this service. they dnt pick trash up on time but quick to call for payment..they lie lie lie

Our HOA recently switched to Shifflett’s Waste Services. In our neighborhood, we put our trash cans outside of our back yard fence and they have always been returned until we started using Shifflett’s. Now, when I put my trash out, I have to hunt down my trash can to use the following week. Last week, after trash pick up, my trash can was no where to be found.
