Was 5 stars for me, but they cut our service from twice a week for trash to once a week mid-contract without offering any alternatives, ie we could pay more to continue twice a week or something of that nature. As a family we appreciated the twice a week trash service we signed up for especially with summer on its way. Our trash was missed once, but I called and they came and got it so for now this is not an issue. Finally, we live on a privately maintained road that consists of rough pavement and then gravel. Switched from shitty county waste to them and have had great service
Maybe when a resident calls to complain over 6 times about your trucks speeding and then finally your truck driver gets out to confront the resident you will actually slow down. Asked for owner to call me back on Friday, never did and then left a message over the weekend and still no call back- guess not man enough to have a conversation about it. I am starting the conversation with spotsylvania folks about this incident!
They continously drive too fast in our neighborhood, about 45 in a 25
