They are a local,family owned company. They do a good job, don't leave my trash can in the street & take all the trash.
We asked for a second can because we have 5 kids and produce quite a bit of trash. We have had to do this before and they just add a small charge monthly. Shiffletts refused us an extra can. We just moved into this town so every bill is doubled for 3 months so buying a can is out. Thanks for a place to write my frustrations!
This is the worst trash collection service I have ever used. I’ve had them for 5 months now and there hasn’t been a single week where I didn’t have to call and remind them to pick up my trash. My cans spend more time on the street than they do at the house. And they cost more than double their competitors. Even the government could run a better a service. I just don’t understand what’s difficult about it. If you drive down the road and the can matches the truck, the truck should stop and empty the can.

Highly recommend!! They are timely every week. And they make my kids’ day every week as well! Good service!
We will be canceling our service because they have failed to pick up our trash AND recycling numerous times. I even called to ask why the recycle wasn’t picked up this pst weekend and they had no other response except “they don’t know why.” To fix this they said they would pick it up on another day (5 days late) and they failed to do that. So now we have so much recycling due to the holidays that we will have to go to the dump. Worst trash service ever!
