I took my 07 Nissan Altima in for an oil change. Love that lifetime oil change deal. I made an appointment to look at a new Altima. I’ve been searching online for about 2 months. Previously I had spoken to Carmen & I assured her when I was ready, she would be the one I’ll contact. Unfortunately; Carmen was out on maternity leave. I got transferred to Bob Knowleton. I didn't feel one ounce of pressure and he was extremely helpful. he offered several options and he did not only meet our budget but shared some options lower then what our financial limit was. he was very friendly, respectful, and cool, calm and collective. He also made the whole process extremely easy for a first time car buyer from a dealership. traveled an hour to go, and most definitely would again.
