I was treated like a warm body today after I drove an hour north to get a deal done. Spoke to Cassidy yesterday after I gave her my details and was told by her management to come up because they thought they could make a deal. Turns out I was a warm body the dealership wanted to guinea pig me with and threw payments at me that to be quite honest would have thrown me into bankruptcy. Thanks for nothing Sheridan. I’m ashamed my brother ever worked for your sorry dealership...
Great place! Whenever I have a question about anything it’s answered with my understanding being number one. The guys are respectful and very professional. I can wait all day and not have a problem.
Thank you, Sheridan Nissan, for making this process easy. I was scheduled for vacation when my check engine light came on. I was able to leave my car while on vacation and picked it up Saturday when I returned.
I have been calling Nissan Sheridan to get a oil change on my Car. Every time I call appointments are 3 weeks to 1 month out. Went there today and the person at the counter says “I had availability this morning, but I just had 5 guys leave at 12:00.” So because you didn’t schedule your employees accordingly the customers can not get service. Smh it’s really sad that there is no customer service anywhere. Not even at the car dealerships.

I was there in January and again last week. Somehow my brakes and tire tread have improved according to the papers they gave me. They said they did a tire rotation in Jan but they didnt. They said they did one again in June but only had my car on lift for maybe 30 min so doubt it was done also bc the same tire sensor is reading low. Going to go someplace else to check on tires bc I will know if rotation was truly done since the one tire has a plug in it. Have had issues with them since buying the car.
