RecommendedI have purchased three cars there. Eddie Flahn has been great to work with. The whole group, even Mr Sheridan work to get everything taken care. Great experience, very personable .
Customer service is excellent. Representatives are professionals and treat their clients with respect. Clients are informed about the service and little waiting time for service appointments.
I called service to get some questions answer ; not only did I get the questions answer but was able to get an appointment same day with very little wait time. The service person Bill was great got all my needs address The tech was amazing offering additional safety precautions for me as I was going to take a long trip . So nice job Nissan I guess I don’t have to travel to NJ anymore for service .
Good stuff
Everybody was very helpful and pleasantly polite throughout our whole experience from the salesman to the the sales manager to the finance manager. My son loves the car and we would definitely go back there to purchase another vehicle.

I recently purchase my used Rogue from Sheridan Nissan. Carmen was super awesome I could not have asked for a better person to help me with the whole process! Brandon was phenomenal! Again the Service Department at Sheridan Nissan is excellent. In & out in less than an hour (Hint: arrive at 7:30A) My Nissan Versa got checked out from hood to tail pipe, vacuumed & washed before I got it back. And while I'm waiting I have free wifi, water, coffee or tea & free snacks. They explained all & make recommendations for red, yellow & green situations. No pressure & great support.
