I was very happy with the customer service soon as I walked out my car I was greeted by a gentleman outside. Didn't have to wait they couldn't find my appt because I called the same day but they still took me in with no problem. What I was most happiest about was I called Nissan In Newark they gave me a price of $375 I called Nissan in New Castle and they charge me $150 big difference. If I ever have a problem I will definitely go back to them. Great service..!! Everyone was friendly.

I brought my car in for oil change and a flat tire Zee took the time to explain to me why my tire was flat, didn't have the money on me to pay, George took me to my Hotel and back also Gave me info for a apartment. They made my day, customer service friendly

Came in to schedule an oil change but the times I wanted were not available. One of the Service Clerks (can't remember his name) asked if I had time right now as they had an open slot NOW. I had the time and I got my oil changed and tires rotated in 40 minutes. Takes a load off my mind that my car got the service needed and saves me time in the future.
Great dealership with outstanding service.
