After today’s interaction with the guy in Service, I’ve decided I will no longer purchase my next vehicle with you all. I’m actually ready to add an additional vehicle and add new tires. Nonetheless, there’s no value to this warranty package if I’m being disrespected when it’s time to service. I do not appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner. I just received poor customer service from the parts department at Sheridan. I am not sure of the gentlemen’s name but he was very nasty and impolite. This encounter just reminds me again why I do not buy any of my cars from Sheridan.
