Went to see the Autumn colours, lovely gardens
Home to a large number of Dosets' 'champion trees'. Looking great in the autumn as the colours change. I saw at least 9 Great Crested Grebe on the lake as well as a Kingfisher. The house wasn't open but the small museum was, interestin collection of items and very informative interpretation boards. I was disappointed to see a number of mole traps in use. Are they that much of a problem?
Well worth a visit. The restaurant is very good
