Probably more of a 4.5 star. We got the club level castle view, which was great all except the rooms got very warm and the AC would not keep in either room. Very comfortable beds, but the rooms were a bit tight, and the lights throughout room were weird to operate. Club was very good, and the food was well prepared and enough, with a nice happy hour offering. Excellent large town centre hotel with a spa There is a feature Gin bar with an outside area. Friendly helpful and efficient staff
