I didn't get to make my nails because Serena cancelled on me 10 mins prior to our appointment. She had an unexpected problem in the salon but still it never happened 10 min before our appointment. She had time to let me know AT LEAST 1 hour before our appointment. I was in front of the salon when I got her text. This was supposed to be our first appointment. It seems I will never know if she is really good as the reviews says but she lost a new client by cancelling at the time of the appointment.

I have been coming to this salon for years and years. I don't trust anyone else. Marie is always so professional and knowledgeable. Each cut is specifically for that person's face shape, tone, and lifestyle. She always gives you a thorough talk through the style and the reasons why it would or wouldn't work. And if it doesn't work for your hair, she will talk through all the cuts and techniques she can use for the best style for you. Not to mention, she is always so kind and warm and welcoming. Best salon in Edinburgh.
