They have been very honest and trustworthy about our 2004 Beetle we are very pleased with their work and their employees. All have been very professional and helpful. awful experience. I booked an appointment to get my tail light fixed in about three weeks. they took down the model of my vw car when I made the appointment. three weeks later I show up to my appointment, they quote me $30, just to find out they dont have the part in stock and it'll be $360 to order. they knew what car i had, they should have known what part it needed and ordered it when I made my appointment. I had to wait 1hr 15mins just for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. I'm outraged.
They have always made my experience easy and pleasure able. They make me feel like they are happy to see me.
we had the best experience at Sheppard motors!! all of the staff went above and beyond to help out in my complicated situation!! mark Roberts and the other involved staff went above the stars to get us the best deal possible!! I love my brand new car and appreciate you all so much!! I will definitely highly recommend you!! thanks for everything!!
