The Sheppard staff was responsive, professional and patient. Due to some circumstances beyond my control, it took a bit longer than I thought it was going to, to buy a car. There was no pressure.
What a great experience. Tony was super down to earth and stayed very late so that I could make it in after work. The whole staff worked hard to get me what I needed for my trade and even sent a driver over an hour away to get a signature that we needed. I’m 99% sure that I bought a truck from them in 2007 (I really can’t remember) and now I’ve purchased another one! I’ll definitely shop with them again and I recommend strongly that you call Tony next time your looking to buy a vehicle!

Just had the transmission on my wife’s Golf TSI serviced and it took 45 minutes less than they estimated and cost about $70 less. I appreciate both. The staff was friendly and helpful as usual.
I know my Volvo is in great hands here at the service center. I also have bought my last 5 cars at Sheppard part due that I can get in and the job will be done right. Recently, found out they were the best price to have my brakes done too.
