Came up from Roseburg, made an online appointment because they would not answer their phones after calling multiple times during the day. Was quoted by a sales guy around $50 to have a key fob made, come to find out, they did not have any in stock, and it would cost three times the amount that a local locksmith ended up doing it for! When I arrived there was less work being done and more playing on their phones, extremely disappointed and would never recommend.
