RecommendedI have had several negative experiences with the Volvo service department over the past few years. Today’s work was done quite promptly and despite the driveway being full of cars, they got mine done very quickly. Nick was great as was Chelsea (Tom is the best sales guy ever!) They said they have made many changes on the service front over the year, and if today was any indication, the changes are working! Please keep up the good effort.
I bought an extended warranty and my engine died due to manufacturers defects. They said it would take 2 months to replace and gave us a brand new rental car free of charge to use until our car was complete. We got our car back in just 3 weeks! Thank you for not leaving us without a car!
Our salesman, Matt, was wonderful. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. I love my new Beetle. Matt was great at showing me how to use all the bells and whistles in the car.
The immaculate and well stocked waiting room. Nick, the service adviser, greeted me by name. He was on top of things. He got me in, addressed the issues and sent me on my way in less than an hour.
Easy to work with, no high pressure sales tactics, everyone was genuinely nice, and Kevin and Charles Delong made an otherwise yucky experience actually quite pleasurable. I'd make the 2.5 drive to Sheppard any time to purchase another vehicle!

Had a great experience with Sheppard Motors. Nat was super helpful and informative, he answered all our questions and had great insight and knowledge of the cars we were looking at. Took his time with us and was patient, and most importantly really worked with us to not only find the right car but to make the numbers work. I would highly recommend him and the people there, they all did an outstanding job.
