Bought a car not quite a week ago and the night I drove it home it started causing problems, took it back for them to make it right and they (supposedly) hooked it up to their computer and showed just a error no actual problem. Then last night driving it home it left me stranded on the side of the road (not a good place either) they wouldn’t even make it right!!!!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!! There complete crooks. I had a really good experience with Adam from Sheppard Hyundai. He communicated well, was very knowledgeable, and super friendly. We’ve now purchased two cars from him and would recommend him to our friends and family. Another gentlemen from the sales floor also helped us when Adam was unavailable but I cannot remember his name.
Wonderful experience of having Adam help us find our new car!! We told him what we wanted and he helped us find it! Also, thankful to Charlie in assisting in getting our car delivered in perfect timing for my wife's birthday. We bought a 2018 Volvo XC60 and love it. Thank you!!
Left me with a $25,000 car with 20,000 miles on it with un safe broken axels and messed up steering system due to manufacturer defect to drive over an hour away and an hour back!
Must say this dealership had me with the excellent interaction with staff. I had very negative experiences with Subaru... WAS a longtime Subaru customer... but Sheppard was like night and day. Never expected to drive away with a car but now have a Hyundai Kona and couldn't be happier. Drew was very helpful and showed great respect for myself and family members. Highly recommend this dealership.
