If I could give zero stars I would. Booked an appointment with Lee at 2pm. At 2.30 he was busy filing someone’s nails . I asked what was happening and told he would be free in a few minutes. 15 minutes later he still hadn’t started painting her nails. I was told an hour later sorry he is busy and offered someone else, soon. They know we as a regular and as such decided to treat me like a fool. I had a really disappointing experience getting acrylic nails here. First, the technician seemed rushed and wasn’t very gentle — I left with sore fingers and uneven nails. The shape I asked for wasn’t followed,too much thick and some nails are noticeably thicker than others. I wanted french and they are uneven,Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

This place ... by far...the WORST. Service is terrible, they are not friendly and made me wait 1 hour even when I booked an appointment. So unfriendly. Please don't go here. Really really not good. Man was eating and the woman didn't give a crap.
