Oh the joy of dealing with an actual person from the outset. They realised my knowledge was almost non-existent and came out to discuss and measure. A few weeks later, installation! Asked for a quote. After chasing for 3 weeks they decided that Wiltshire is too far and they can't arrange delivery. Ultimately it appears if you don't live on Manchester then they're not interested as everything is touch hassle for them
