The decor of the shop is inspired by Pauline's happy childhood memories of her grandmother's home, a traditional Irish cottage. She wanted to create an atmosphere that is laid back, comfortable, and home-like.

Pauline tells you what she thinks, and she is always right! Could never have grown my hair out without her support and humor. Price is unbelievably reasonable and the cuts and care- super.

Shear Irish is the best hair salon I have ever been too. I went through some hair trauma with other salons, so I sometimes have issues trusting stylists with my hair. But now that I've found Shear Irish, I trust Pauline entirely. She always makes me feel comfortable, and each time I get my hair done I feel more and more confident about myself! Shear Irish is an absolute gem, and I am so thankful for everything Pauline has done for me❤️
