The "Shear" part referencing the scissors, and "Irish" because Pauline came to San Francisco from Ireland. The decor of the shop is inspired by Pauline's happy childhood memories of her grandmother's home, a traditional Irish cottage. She wanted to create an atmosphere that is laid back, comfortable, and home-like.

AMAZING!! Tried to do a diy which went completely wrong!!! Pauline was amazing and so kind and helpful!! They fixed my orange brassy hair it was like fire. They not only fixed it but made my hair beautiful!
