I came to this salon as a result of poor communication at a spot near by. Long story short I was blonde, very blonde..not a bad blonde but not right for me. I called Shear Irish in the morning and was offered an appt to cut and color my hair within 2 hours! I feel like myself again, the cut is right, the color isn't lighter as I had initially desired but after seeing what lighter looks like I'll stay darker. ;-) I bought a recommended product to repair my over processed mop, and will return in 6 weeks to maintain the look.
