On my visit today it was rather unpleasant and had to drop from 5 stars to 2 stars since 2021. New barber was in a rush to finish his job, used a hard brush very tough and caused pain and irritated reaction of my skin which had never happened before. shaved violently and didn't use after shave or cream. Took 30 seconds only for the wash and very casually done hot towel and shoulder massage On 2nd thought it was a 1 star experience.
