I was disappointed in the amount of chicken in my Sharky’s Burrito. It looked like a rice burrito. I am well aware of how many establishments are reducing amounts of food to increase their bottom line. This just makes establishments lose customers. I wish I would have opened the burrito up to take a picture, so you could have seen it.

The food was great as always. However, the staff went way above excellent to fill our order. We ordered online and missed the day of the week for when our order was to be ready. They had made a great effort and provided our family meal in ten minutes!. Can't praise them enough.

I feel sorry to give this low star review to Sharky’s but I feel I have to. Just went to pick up some Doordash orders and was received by “Matt” he acknowledged me but didn’t ask me if I was picking up an order. As I tried to talk to him so I could receive the orders he told me “The order is not ready” without even asking the names of the orders. I said okay but then I realized there was like 6 orders bagged on the counter and waited a little bit to ask him if those were orders for pick up too to see if maybe the orders were... read more
