Went here with my wife and two kids for our 1st family camping trip i somehow booked the weekend ahead but they where fine and rebooked me for that day we turned up they had a concert on and bbq and a quiz in the bar what is nice we also went to the swimming pool its a good place to start of camping to get used to that activity before you go out to more wilderness style camping i would recommend going here.

All staff we dealt with were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with, we visited 4 days during a stay in the area, we were a group of 3 adults, two 14 year old and a 7 year old, there was something for everyone. Water sports, combat laser, climbing, escape room and art. Great fun had by all.

Arrived with touring caravan, no where to pull in or idle at reception. Cars parked outside adjacent chalets make reversing or maneuvering caravan very difficult. Originally we were allocated a pitch which was 3 pitches off one. This shouldnt be a pitch for a caravan- may suit van style camper, definitely not big enough for a caravan. 3x trips up and down to reception before we got sorted. The site would benefit from someone on the ground helping in the required areas ie. at the touring pitches and tent site. The electric ho... read more
