This was my first visit to Shapers – and it definitely won’t be my last. I was warmly greeted by Carla, who clearly knows her stuff and instantly made me feel welcome. She explained what to expect, and she was spot on. I saw Jo, who was absolutely brilliant. What I really appreciated was that she not only recommended what she thought I needed but also told me what I didn’t – which was so refreshing. Jo is the best, never met such a wonderful woman, friendly, professional, full of knowledge about her profession, happy to help and go the extra mile to make you feel good and special. I had my lips tattooed, what an amazing result, I’ve had that many good comments, I’m actually getting fed up with them , shapers is the best beauty shop I have ever used and I refuse to go anywhere else ever again, thankyou Jo and girls for giving me back my smile xxx
