This was my first visit to Shapers – and it definitely won’t be my last. I was warmly greeted by Carla, who clearly knows her stuff and instantly made me feel welcome. She explained what to expect, and she was spot on. I saw Jo, who was absolutely brilliant. What I really appreciated was that she not only recommended what she thought I needed but also told me what I didn’t – which was so refreshing.
