I've had two great experiences at Shampoo, both with Emily. She has a great eye and took a few simple photo examples of what I was looking for and made it work perfectly with my hair. I am a huge fan of hers and the salon, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They have great products and aren't pushy with things you dont really need, unlike some salons. Really happy I found this place!
Booked an appointment via Lifebooker with a 'junior' stylist, Raquel. I left with the best haircut I've had in two years living in NYC. One surprise - the complimentary scalp massage/hot eucalyptus face towel treatment during the shampoo. Left feeling great.
I've been getting my curly mane cut by Jen for years now and will not trust anyone else with my hair. She knows just how to cut curls, which many stylists cannot handle. Love this place.
Raquel did a wonderful job on my blonde highlights! She really took the time and listened to me to help me achieve a great cool toned blonde. Overall I really like the service and will definitely visit again!

Shampoo Ave B has been my go-to for haircuts for almost 2 years. I always know that Carlos will do an awesome job. His haircutting skills are superb. The old salon was a bit small, so I can't wait to see the new space.
I've been going to Shampoo Avenue B an haven't looked back. Except for one time when I got a haircut somewhere else and then severely regretted it. They are such a great business and make you feel like you're part of the family. Carlos is brilliant as a stylist and staffs a great team to back him up.
I visited Shampoo Avenue B for the first time earlier this month after multiple girlfriends recommended it. All of their positive and glowing reviews were spot on. Everyone is friendly and made sure to make me feel pampered for the hour I was there. I had a great hair wash followed by a fabulous cut by Erik. My long and straight hair has never looked this good with my new subtle angles which help give it body and movement. Great Place! Always go there! Great service and quality. I color my hair almost evey month. ANd they have greatest specialists that allow me not to damage my hair and at the same time always look perfect! Feel like at home there. Thank you!
