About

Farm local, eat local, cook local and find your own personal Shambala with the Bakery & Bistro's robust, interesting, luscious and eclectic fare. We are a dedicated Gluten Free facility and our menu and baked goods are completely soy and peanut FREE with Vegan ingredients within our scratch menu! Organic locally farm-sourced egg and cheese vegetarian options are available, and we are earnest about avoiding cross contamination.. The bakery features Shambala's hand crafted baked goods using their own locally milled GF (V) blends which feature what are called ancient grains: Organic Millet, Teff, Quinoa, Amaranth, Sorghum and Flax.

Mmmm good food! I mean it...if you are new to the Gluten free world my first and best suggestion is you must try pizza! Ya, PIZZA. After this you will be loving this way of eating healthily. That was my experience. Great Grand Opening Nancy C. Well done :)

Food choices are varied and delicious. Prices are good for what they offer and service is really friendly. Sometimes the food can be a touch spiced however.
Business Response:

Noted Mario, we are working on more neutral heat in the items that are spiced, good to know~ Thanks!

Stopped by here several times for treats and to pick up bread/rolls to go with a meal I'm taking someone. Always quick, friendly service and delicious food.

Yum! Real food with great flavor! Only wish they made their own almond milk!
Business Response:

Noted, thanks...almonds are not a sustainable product so we use hemp and coconut and also strive to avoid nut allergy cross contamination- thank you for your business and hope these options will work for you-
