I was very pleased with my experience with Shaker Kia. I had done my homework on the Kia Sorento and shopped around for the best price before visiting any dealers. I had even used Truecar.com (which is how I found Shaker Kia). Right from the start John was very helpful. He was able to put me in a new Sorento in the price range I had in mind. They also gave me a very reasonable offer on my trade in. Mark Smith who handled the financing was also very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. I visited shakers Kia in Watertown in search of a used vehicle. Luis Serrano was the salesman that consulted with my husband and I. He was great, he went threw the entire vehicle let us go on a demo ride and we loved it. Now we proudly own our new Audi. Thank you Luis and good luck.

Went into look at and test drive 2013 Kia Sportage. Went to negotiate price was railroaded by the salesman did not even negotiate price just started doing numbers on list price. Then he proceeded to try and sell me a used one with 31,000 miles on for 19k. I walked out they lost a sale because of zero negotiation I was in there a total of 10 mins. Following week went to Richard Chevrolet and was given a great deal on brand new vehicle.

bad customer service, lies, and thef of my down pyment!because they would not fix the things i asked, i toldthem to refund my deposit and they stted they have to keep it!CROOKS!

I leased my Kia Sorrento 2011 at another dealer whom gave me a btter price. I asked Mike to meet the monthly rate and he stated he could not. The other dealer was offering a 10% discount if I had service done at their dealership, 15% the 2nd time, 20% the 3rd time and 25% the 4th time. I asked if you would match their offer and you again stated you could not. I am not sure you want me business.. Thanks Tom Daley

Who ever wrote the previous 2 reviews must be from the dealership. They are non-courteous. Their service sucks. Also they show carrots (Free wiper) and get a bigger bait. Once stuck your are deep-fired at their dealship. The previous service of my lincoln was horrible. They thought I never knew about the simple Serpentine belt and tried to charge me close to $400. Oh well, I just told them to give my baby back. Did the repair for $80 with my mechanic.

Service was great, they answered all my questions, very friendly and the price was great. Gave me a great price on my used car, The warrenty on the new Kia is great, plusI get free oil changes for the life of my kia, and also get free wiper blades for the life of the car

I have been dealing with Shakers since 1996. I have both leased and purchsed from the dealership. They treat you like family and that is important. Just recently I was having intermitten problems with my SUV and they were persistant until the problen was solved. From sales to service they have my highest recommondaton.

Was very disappointed with the sales people at Shaker's The total negotiation time was only 5 mins or even less. Was planning to buy a nearly new (used) Kia Rondo. The were very unfriendly and harsh too. They never reduced even a penny, even though I had Proof of KBB value of the car. It was an instant response from them " Think we are off this deal" was the response.
