I had a great experience with Ron at Shaker's Kia in Watertown. We had quite a long Saturday afternoon, but after hours of Rons continuous patience the car was mine. A great car at a great price. A better car than I even intended :) I have always recommended Kia's now I will recommend Shaker's!
I found the car I was looking for at Shakers Kia. It was in my price range and in great shape. Shakers did a lot of work to it. The salesman I delt with, Ron, was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I picked up my new car, got no more than a 1/4 miles down the road and found that the CD player didnt work, I tried everything else of course! This is the third vehicle that I've purchased from Shaker's. I was very pleased with the great care that Cathy has shown me over the years.
I went to the dealership to just look at the Kia Sorento and Mike Lombardi was so knowledgeable about the Kia I was interested in. Once I took it out for a test ride I was pretty much sold. Shaker's offered me a great deal on my trade so it really was a no brainer. Now I'm driving a brand new 2014 Sorrento for less money than I was paying for my 2007. Thank You....
Had a great experience with this dealership especially with our sales guy Rudy H. Test drove the kia sorrento and the kia sportage and immediately chose one to purchase and was given a fair price by Rudy without any hassle or pressure. I knew i needed a new car but I thought that i had more time. The day my car decided to die on me, i went to Shakers in Watertown. I was greeted at the door by Ron Albert.
