Rudy is amazing!!!!! I came the Shakers Kia with the intention of just looking at a car I had seen on the internet. As I walked aound, Rudy came out to answer any questions I had. Well, he was great! He not only knew about the particulars of each model, he knew the features of each individual car that I was interested in. I drove by Shakers and decided to stop and to just look at a new Kia Soul and was greeted by Rudy he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Next thing you know Im driving my new Soul home. Everyone at Shakers was very nice.
In mid-December, my wife had a minor accident with her twelve-year-old Honda CRV when she hit a small patch of ice. This minor accident caused thousands of dollars of damage. Unwilling to put in that much work into a vehicle of that age, we decided to look for a previously owned vehicle. I was on a search for a newer Jeep when I drove by Shakers Kia in Watertown and saw two Jeeps on the lot. From the minute I stepped foot on the lot the the minute I drove away in my new Jeep, everything from the dealership, the helpful people and the prices themselves, I was very impressed. The best experience so far from any car dealership in have been too. Alex was very helpful, and along with his team they got me into an amazing vehicle for exactly what I was looking to pay.
