In for service, out with new car :) I went to Shaker's Kia for my routine service appointment. While waiting, Rudy came into the waiting area to make sure I didn't need anything, inquired about my lease and we started talking about my next vehicle, as my lease was up in a few months. A++!! I kept my car alive as long as possible, but after 5 years of struggling with a lemon of a used 2001 Subaru Outback, I'd finally lost the battle on a xxxx Monday evening last week. Happy Owner I bought my 3rd Kia from Shakers and the service and the people just keep getting better. My car was ready when they said it would be the paper work was all in order it was clean and all gassed up. Rudy took the time to explain all the new features of the Kia. I'm very happy with it.
