Wonderful experience My wife and I went to just look, had previously purchased two vehicles from Shaker's and decided to take a look around. super happy with my purchase Recently stopped in to speak with someone about a car.. Met with Michelle who was amazing. She stayed after hours to go into detail about the car. She let me take an extended test drive (which I didn't even know existed!) and was able to take the car home for the night. I came in the next morning and still wasn't 100% sure about the purchase. Great experience The customer service was better than any other dealership I have been to. Very friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. I always hated walking into a dealership but this is the one place I felt comfortable. Ask for Matt. Very easy guy to talk to. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
Excellent No Pressure and Professional Experience We entered the dealership with interest in purchasing a used vehicle they had on the lot.
