Selected this dealership after hearing the owner was a volunteer firefighter. I worked with Alex who was just great. He went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. He an an excellent sales person who made the entire process fun. Shaker Kia is a great place to buy a car. I would highly recommend shaker to anyone who wants a no hassle buying experience.

My lease on my Kia Sportage was coming up and Kia had a great deal going so I got out of my lease early and got into a new Kia Forte and also lowered my payment. Rudy H and Mark S helped me out and love my new car!! Thanks Shakers

We were in the market for a new car and went to Shaker's Kia based on their guarantee to get you a loan. We were greeted by Rudy Hermstadt, who showed us the new models and we decided on the Forte. He walked us through the loan process and we were contacted later that same day by Mark Smith, the finance manager who finalized everything for us. We had an aging KIA Sedona and were looking to upgrade. My husband did a lot of research on the internet and saw the great reviews about Shaker's KIA and Ron Albert. We inquired through the web site and set up an appointment with Ron. The rest is history....Ron and Shakers are the best, WE now have a 2014 Sedona for our family of 7 and are in heaven. My husband and I decided to stop at shaker's dealership on a recommendation of a family member who had a Kia and liked it very much. Alex Graziano introduced himself to us, he was very polite and patient in answering all the questions we were concerned about. I will recommend him to friends as well as the dealership

Thanks to Ron Albert at Shakers Kia. He was very professional and was a no pressure sale. Ron was able to locate the Forte with the options I wanted and in my budget. I researched and test drove other cars in this range and the Forte was the right choice. The new design is awesome, and is saving me a lot of gas with its great mpgs. Very glad I went to Shakers.
