Howard was very professional and friendly and we enjoyed dealing with him over the phone as we are in New Mexico and he in Connecticut at Shakers. The price was good of the used 2004 Roadtrek we located on Auto Trader and phoned Shakers for more information. The arrangements with the auto hauler was swift and professional and the vehicle arrived on schedule even during inclement weather. Outstanding service department. Took in my father's Lincoln Town Car on very short notice and had it fixed and returned in a couple of hours. I literally called them first thing Monday morning and they said bring it right in! Very friendly staff and the service was excellent! Would highly recommend them!
