Shah B&D did an amazing job of full renovation of our house including extensions. Our brief was fully honoured and they worked on every detail. They were flexible as there were a number of challenging custom designs eg eaves window, loft design etc. Any areas where we were not fully satisfied were rectified with our inputs. Had a site survey booked in with a gentleman called Jack. Called on the day to confirm someone will be attending was told yes between 10 and 11am. I had taken time off to arrange this and by 11 still no one had turned up. When called to find out if there running late they said no one will be turning up as they had to go to another site. There was no phone call very very unprofessional.
