I am a good customer that spent $1000 last year at this place in addition to what insurance paid. I show up at my annual appointment 13 min late and the receptionist tells me I am late and will not be seen. I quietly left. No need to argue. There are so many vision offices that will be happy to accept my money. No I do not recommend this place.
I've been coming here now for a year for my eye exams and glasses. Everyone is so friendly and professional, from the office staff, to the technicians, to the doctors. The staff does an excellent job of explaining my benefits to me when it comes time to purchases glasses, which can be confusing at best. I would tell all my friends to come here for their eye care needs.
I recently stopped by (I had no appointment) to have my left eye checked out (it had been irritated for about a week) to see if I had scratched it or something. I was seen immediately by one of the techs, and then by one of the doctors. Both of them were very friendly and thorough in their examinations. I left with a clean bill of health and a sample bottle of artificial tears to deal with the discomfort due to dry eyes. I even got the optician to adjust my glasses while I was there!
