Verified Renter Since I’ll be moving out shortly let me share my experience… when I first moved in it was really nice they had great communication and all the neighbors are really rude tho and not welcoming the first problem I had was my door off the hinges it took maintenance a week literally to put screws and put my door back up the major problem was when it started raining and my living room ceiling fell down it smelled like mildew and wet stuff my 60 inch tv broke and everything !
