Management The apartment I stay in has been pretty bad with issues over the last 4 years (the complex is pretty old). I moved in February of 2020, but what makes me give 5 stars is how the owners and management have been attentive, understanding, professional and kind when it comes to my needs with whatever issue. Not only that but they have been working diligently to renovate the older unit to be like new againI That says a lot to me as a tenant and is why I have been here going on 5 years and just renewed my lease again.
Verified Renter I enjoy being a resident at muse. The staff is so nice however the maintenance staff could be better. I usually have issues with my heater and other things but they take time to get it done and check it later.

Verified Renter The front office staff is friendly but the property has been facing quite a bit of breaking into of the mailbox and gym equipment stolen/missing-without any replacements being made. It took a long while for the mailbox repairs, even the local USPS refused to hold onto the resident mail after a point-it was quite an inconvenience.

Verified Renter 2.5 hours before I moved in, they said my unit wasn't ready and I'd need to switch to another unit, that was over $100 more than the one I signed a lease for. Then I was told there was additional monies to be paid, which could Only be paid by money order. They sent me the wrong lease, which was for 18 months after I asked for 12 months. Verified Renter Very happy. Its pretty quiet where I stay. Clean, quiet neighbors, Office staff and maintenance are very kind and understanding. Love the view and sound of the pond, and the different birds that come around is a plus for me. Having a balcony is great.
