Awesome Apartments I’m extremely picky about my living space as I work from home most of the time. I’ve lived here almost 4 years and always had great customer service and a nice, quiet place to live. Staff is friendly and prompt when needed. Probably renewing lease again soon.
Awesome Experience Moved in a week before the pandemic. I am so glad to have found such a quiet place. The management is attentive and Maintenance Staff professional. Great place to live.
I love it here! Apartments are very spacious and nice. Quiet atmosphere. Several wonderful amenities. Management is very helpful, courteous and understanding. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Prices are great! What more could you ask for?

Amazing property If you're looking for a great place to stay and amazing staff then look no further. I want to write my review on Zaneta she is an awesome manager! She goes over and beyond and make sure she goes the extra mile to get the job done. She is phenomenal! If you're looking for not only a great apartment but great customer service also then don't look any further! Zaneta rocks!
Awesome Place I love my 2 bedroom 2bath I have been living at Shadow lakes for 2 years now. Great place in a great area. The staff always greet you with a smile and very helpful to my needs. and quick to attend to any problems that arise.

Good value I lived here for 2.5 years. Loved having windows on three sides, the location was great for shopping and walking, and the rent was very affordable. My apartment was nice but only had a ceiling fan in the MBR. However, I ended up with very noisy neighbors above and that, along with some other issues, made me decide to move. One issue is that the heated indoor pool is not heated! The water is not heated at all and the heater for the pool area rarely comes on ( I was told it only came on at 32°!) If you be desperate The location and price, are great. Size of the apartments are not bad either. The walls are pretty thin and when my neighbors smoke in their apartment, I can smell it through the vents. Definitely old and worn down. Leasing office is friendly but not very helpful. A month later, 2 new keys, and a new lock, and I still cant access my mailbox. They told me now I have to wait until the mail man comes to unlock it, because they don't have a key to the lock they put on it.......Not to mention on the day I was ... read more
