I had an appt for Thursday (2 days away) and I’ve waited for 3-4 weeks for this appt (warranty work and maintenance). Today I went to leave for an appt & my 2017 Explorer wouldn’t start. I was home alone & tow truck was 30+ mins away, I was gonna miss my appt. I got my vehicle jumped & drove it to the dealership. Always happy with the Service Department at Seymour. I dropped my truck off at 7:00am without a scheduled appointment. Seymour shuttled me to work and my truck was done by lunch time! Satisfaction! The team is great!
I appreciate the quality of work the service people did on my husband’s truck recently saving us a few hundreds of dollars that Greg found using our warranty policy. We also enjoyed doing business with their sales staff especially Mark Twichell . He helped us found the right cars for me and my son. Love my Edge.

I bought a certified Escape a month and a half ago. It was so painless that I bought another car from there last weekend! The Fusion Energi is pretty sweet! Mark Twichell worked with me on both purchases and was not pushy in any way and listened to my “Needs and wants” list I put on paper for a car.
